Position: Office Administrator

Job Description: Our
client, a company in the architectural industry located in Kileleshwa Nairobi,
seeks to recruit an eloquent, organized, time conscious, keen to detail, honest
and confident office administrator with basic accounting knowledge and atleast
6 months experience in office administration.
- Ensure
general cleanliness of the office - Manage
the daily petty cash - General
book keeping for office expenses. - Meet,
greet and assist walk in clients. - Respond
to mail as authorised and answer to all incoming official phone calls. - Open
and close the office at the stipulated time. - Perform
other duties as may be so required
- Atleast
6 months Experience as an office administrator. - Should
have atleast a diploma in Front Office Operations, Business Administration
or any related field. - Should
be atleast 25 years of age. - Should
demonstrate excellent spoken and written language skills. - Should
have proper knowledge in use of a computer, especially word and Excel - Must
be organized, dependable result oriented and a good time manager.
