Property Investment Business Development Manager Job in Kenya (180K)

A dynamic company that deals with Investment Opportunities in property sector based in Kenya is seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager – Property Investment. 

The successful candidate MUST have a relevant property investment background from investment companies, micro-finance, banks, insurance and real estate companies. 

He/she must be mature, a natural sales person and very analytical.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify investment opportunities in line with the strategic plan of the company across the country.


• Providing general oversight of all company activities.


• Manage the day-to-day operations.


• Ensure functioning, efficiency and profitability of the company.


• Implement strategy of the company, board resolutions and policies.


• Ensure investment opportunities are implemented in a cost-effective manner.


• Oversee the fiscal activities of the company including budgeting, reporting and audit.


• Ensure legal compliance with the applicable Laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Science.


• Must have strong business acumen.


• Ability to present ideas and advise to the Board of Directors.


• Proven experience dealing with different shareholders to ensure return of investment.


• Must have 10 years plus experience, 5 years of which should be in middle level management position.


• Knowledge and experience in human resource management, finance and administration.


• Must have excellent communication skills.


• Knowledge and experience in the property development and management is crucial.


• Excellent knowledge on policies and laws relating to real estate companies and the financial sector.


• Computer literate.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh.  150,000 – 180,000 /= (Approx. 1,500 – 1,800 USD) depending on experience
