Duma works is recruiting Area Sales Representatives for one of our esteemed clients: one of the leading bottler companies in Kenya.

Reporting To: Regional / Area Sales Manager
 

Location: Kisumu

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develops and monitors sales plan with the regional / area sales Manager and determines how to achieve the sales targets.


• Enforcing merchandising standards attaining 90% ITMO score in the area of operation.


• Build good working relationship with retail outlet by providing good service and support.


• Route ride at least three times or more in a week.


• Monitors and takes action on all out of stock situation in the trade.


• Manages company equipment utilization based on the company standards.


• Maintaining and updating an accurate EDS on monthly basis.


• Updating of KD Dash board.


• Educating the dealers on the company operating standards.


• Communicating and executing company promotional in the assigned areas.


• Demonstrate commitment to the continuous improvement of quality safety and EOSH performance.


• Take responsibility for aspects of Quality, Food & Safety, within the control including adhering to the company applicable Quality, Food and Safety or EOSH requirements.


• Perform any other duty that might be assigned from time to time.

Requirements
 

The candidate must meet the following minimum qualification;

• Degree/Diploma in Sales and Marketing or any other business related.


• At least three (3) years of experience in a similar related position. A MUST.


• 25 to 35 years of age.


• Ability to meet the set sales targets.


• Good communication and organizational skills


• Aggressive and result oriented and must meet set deadlines.
