Sales and Marketing Executive (Hospitality Industry)
 

Salary KShs 30,000 – 40,000

Our client in the hospitality industry based Nairobi is looking for high competent talents to fill the position of sales and marketing executive.
 

Core Duties and Responsibilities.

• Marketing of the company’s products.


• Maximizing sales by looking for new businesses.


• Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;


• Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements;


• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;


• Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;


• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;


• Gathering market and customer information;


• Ensuring good customer services to all the clients;


• Submit monthly reports to management;

Skills and competencies

• A diploma in sales and marketing or a Bachelor’s degree or related field.


• A diploma or degree the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.


• A minimum of 2-3 years’ work experience in the hospitality industry.


• Excellent customer service skills.


• Ability to meet set targets.
