Mobile Phones Sales Executives Jobs in Kenya (50K)




Job Title: Mobile Phones Sales Executives
 



Location: Various regions in the country
 



Industry: Phone Distributor
 



Salary: Kshs 40,000 – 50,000 gross plus allowances

Our client is a leading mobile phone distributor in the Middle – East and African region with a portfolio that consists of all the major global brands such as Microsoft, Samsung, Lenovo, Huawei to name a few. 



 


They seek to hire Sales executives for the following regions:-


  • Mombasa  – 1 position

  • Nairobi – 3 positions

  • Eldoret – 1 position

  • Kisumu – 1 position

  • Nakuru – 1 position

  • Kisii – 1 position

  • Central – 3 positions


Key Responsibilities


  • Following Permanent Journey Sales Plan as directed by the sales manager

  • Follow through the sales process for orders and liaise with various departments to ensure lead times are adhered to.

  • Visiting and developing relationships dealers for mobile devices sales in the assigned market.

  • Managing very good relation with the dealers.

  • Coordination with the Brand promoters for all sales and marketing activities

  • Actively follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity and promotions

  • Coordination with service center for after sales service.

  • Managing MIS and reporting structure.

  • Payment collection from dealers.

  • Achieving volume / value target as per organization goal.


Job Specifications:


  • Minimum Diploma in a business related field preferably in Sales and Marketing.

  • The person should have strong sales and distribution experience; at least 3 -5 years.

  • Preferably from handset industry ( Tecno / infinix / Samsung Etc )or very strong FMCG distribution experience

  • Technical background will be an added advantage

  • Customer service orientated

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Pleasant and outgoing personality

  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills

  • Excellent presentation skills and communication skills (written and spoken)

  • A team player with a go-getter attitude

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
