We are looking for an
Accounts Officer to handle our organization financial record keeping. You will
oversee accounts, manage invoices and ensure smooth transactions with staff and
clients

RESPONSIBILITIES

The following are duties
you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining and preparing financial records


• Handling accounts payable and receivables


• Handling communications with clients and vendors
  via phone, email, and in-person. Processing transactions, issuing checks,
  and updating ledgers, budgets,


• Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving


• Ensuring accuracy in all payment’s


• Preparation of statutory


• Making relevant journals on all


• Other duties as maybe be assigned to you from time
  to

REQUIREMENTS

We believe that you will
succeed better if you possess the following:

• Degree in Finance and Accounting from a recognized
  university


• CPA Section II and above


• Conversant with using QuickBooks online


• 2 years’ experience working in a busy accounts
  office


• High level of accuracy and attention


• Good interpersonal skills
