Objectives:
The objectives of the retreat are:
- to bring the team members closer for better cohesion, morale, and performance. This should be through i) fun activities, preferably outdoors, and ii) getting to know each other’s work style through personality analytic tools.
- to review the collaboration to date (what worked well and what can be improved)
- to build a vision for CAP contribution in the current country programme, taking into account the worsening drought situation and increasing disease outbreaks.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in social and behavioral science, sociology, anthropology, psychology, education, communication, or another relevant technical field.
knowledge/ experience
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience in team coaching, team building and retreat facilitation.
- Accredited coach by International Coaching Federation
- Experience in working with UN agency an asset
