Relationship Executive
Job Objective/Purpose
To enhance growth of the products and
services through the marketing of the assigned unit
Key Responsibilities
1. Conducting market research to gain an
understanding of the healthcare landscape within their specific branch
geographical area
2. Driving new business acquisition and cross
selling of the existing services (new services uptake, wellness packages,
surgical packages or any other packages)
3. Developing the annual marketing plan for
the branch
4. Working with the marketing team to enhance
facility brand visibility
5. Planning and conducting branch and product
marketing activities
6. Generating marketing and CSR reports
7. Preparing of proposals, quotations, presentations
for pitches to current and potential clients
8. Organizing and facilitating service
meetings with clients
9. Enhancing communication to our clients
through various platforms, e.g. Digital, WhatsApp & Bulk SMS
10. Driving innovation in relationship
management activities and initiatives
11. Driving improvements in client experience
in liaison with other departments
Personal Specifications
- Bachelor’s in business
administration (sales & marketing) or any other related degree - Membership in MSK is required
- Professional qualification in CIM
is an added advantage - 3 years’ experience in business
development, relationship management or marketing - Healthcare industry experience
preferred but not mandatory
