Management of client portfolio comprising FI's in Uganda, Tanzania Zambia

Facilitating correspondent banking relationships in various branches around the globe

Facilitation provision of credit facilities where needed

Networking i.e. knowing whom to approach for support in product positioning and delivery, credit/ transaction approval, transaction processing query resolution, as this function involves liaising with different Citi operations globally
