Key Performance Areas
To recruit, train and lead a results-oriented and competent Business Development Team.To grow Company sales and attain ambitious Company targets.University Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution.A minimum of 3 years sales related experience in the Management Level.You must be extremely disciplined and goal oriented.You must be innovative and systems driven.Excellent presentation, communication and leadership skills.Excellent report writing skills.Ability to excel in a high pressure environment.Basic Salary and Override Commissions.2. Business Development Officers
