Chosen Children of Promise (CCP) is a Christian-based non-governmental organization that helps people in poverty situations by empowering them with services and trainings that focus on their spiritual and physical needs. CCP was started as a Kenyan organization in 2004.
Our current focus areas are Kawangware and Ngando.

A born again Christian with a desire to see Jesus’ glory spreadExperience in Evangelism and Discipleship with a passion for the growth of His Kingdom H.N.D. in nursing and experience in the medical and community fieldsCounseling skills requiredAdministration skills requiredExperience working in the slums Have excellent English skills in writing and speaking with a proficiency in SwahiliUnderstand the sponsorship families’ current health condition and needsOffer personalized medical care for the sponsorship children and guardians through home visits / referrals to medical facilities.Assist the social workers in case studies from the medical aspect completing all necessary medical case study formsMaintenance of the family medical records.Assist in the organizing of the medical camps. Manage all medical specific programs / groupsMonitoring and overseeing of CCP medical referral centers.Counseling of children and guardians from a medical perspective.Support the site manager in purchasing all medical items for the children and families.Organizing, facilitating and/or participating in the health trainings as needs arise for CCP’s clients and staff. Assist in the Evangelism—with focus on the assigned families.
