Responsibilities
Initiating and maintaining a permanent academic record of each course participantRegistration of all course participantsWorking with academic staff in coordinating time schedules for classesMaintain accurate records of all College courses and curriculum requirementsDetermine the eligibility of various scholarshipsMaintaining of all academic records including collection of gradesResponsible for all administrative affairs of the Registrar's OfficeDevelop and administer the Registrar's office budgetServe as an Ex-Officio member of the Academic CommitteeWorking with College Departments, divisions, and schools to determine eligibility for students' graduation.He/She will be answerable to the Principal.Should have a Masters Degree in Education or equivalentMust have a thorough awareness of continually increasing application of computerization and computer technology on all phases of Registrar's responsibilitiesShould have an experience of at least three years in a similar institution of higher learning preferably a Polytechnic or University.Salary
The salary attached to this position is competitive.
