An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Braebum Group of Schools for the position of a dynamic and passionate Legal Clerk.
Under the supervision of the Legal Officer, the Legal Clerk shall perform all legal support related duties in the legal department.
Specific duties & responsibilities:
Routine court, companies’, lands’ and other registries’ assignments.Handling departmental queries.Debt collection and related matters.Keeping an up to date record of all court cases and matters within the department.Writing, photocopying, binding, circulation and performing such other duties as may be assigned from time to time.A relevant Diploma from a recognized institution.A minimum 2 years’ experience ¡n a busy legal office.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent planning and organization skills.Must be computer literate.Ability to work under minimum supervision.Experience in a multicultural environment is an added advantage.If you possess the above qualifications please write enclosing a detailed CV, copies of academic transcripts and testimonials, day time telephone contact, names and contacts of three referees so as to reach the undersigned not later than 28th February 2011.
