Key Accounts Supervisor Jobs Kenya.

The Wrigley Company East Africa, a local subsidiary of Mars Incorporated, leader in the global confectionery industry and the world’s largest manufacturer of chewing and bubble gum is looking to fill the position of a National Key Accounts Supervisor.

The Key Accounts Supervisor will be responsible for the delivery of Wrigley chewing gum sales volumes via direct key accounts and selected convenience stores, including supervising teams within the allocated key accounts.

Key Accountabilities
•Key Accounts Negotiations
•Key Accounts Planning
•Merchandising Strategy and Display development
•New product Launches and Listing in the Key Accounts
•Supervision of Wrigley and Distributor teams attached to the Key Accounts
•Control product freshness, damages, returns and expenses
Responsibilities
•Develop productive working relationships with key contacts at all the Accounts and Distributor.
•Focus on plan development, plan achievement and achieving excellence in product availability within all store/outlet placements.
•Execute in-store Planograms to meet required retail standards and supervise activi-ties to achieve Sales, Distribution and Budget goals.
•Establish clear, measurable and attainable goals for each account and conduct reg-ular evaluations/business reviews to ensure Company objectives are achieved.
•Continually assess competition capability and activity, provide recommendations and counter measures for action.

Requirements
•Business related degree
•Professional qualification in Sales and Marketing
•4 years experience in Sales preferably in the FMCG environment
•Key Account Management experience with strong Customer orientation
•Demonstrate ability to understand financial concepts and measures
•Staff management experience
•Superior communication and interpersonal skills
•Driving Licence
•Computer Literate
