Job Title: National Sales Manager
Company Profile: a global provider of mobile multimedia devices, including feature-rich phones, accessories and PC cards.
Reports to: Executive Director
Main Responsibilities
Identify our corporate customer needs – to ensure the customer requirements
* Analyze the trends.
* Plan – set the targets for each outlet/branch & ensure they are met & exceeded
* Organizing – organize the branches by ensuring no stocks outs, consistency in re-order levels.
* Directing – Monitoring – Controlling
* To ensure consistency in customer ‘delight’.
* Build the ‘capacity’ of the sales team to resolve emerging customer concerns.
* Provide an ‘environment’ in which customer complaints can be solved progressive & they serve as the bench marks for future reference.
* To create awareness of our products & services
* Market research & reports periodically – have a system of data capture
* To develop a marketing function
* Analyze the data and provide management reports regarding sales.
* To verify & confirm the daily service revenue reports.
* To recommend quarterly sales target in line with the corporate goals.
Required Qualifications
* Degree in Marketing or similar from a recognized university
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience
* Excellent communication and organization skills to allow the interaction within the organization and customers
* Strong presentation skills and/or training experience
* Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
* Demonstrated ability to influence people at a variety of levels internally and externally.
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, and marketing skills to work with customers, senior management, and external personnel on significant matters, often requiring coordinated activity across organizational lines
