Partner Strategy & Programs Manager
This is the only position within the subsidiary organization that melds a complete cross segment channel orchestration responsibility with a programmatic and marketing responsibility to drive that channel to fulfill the revenue and market objectives of the subsidiary and MSFT. This role uses the levers of strategy, program excellence and marketing innovation to create a potent, focused business plan that grows the MS channel and drives core depth and breadth sales motions.
Requirements:
8 - 10 years of related experience
Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.)
MBA
This position requires extensive knowledge and experience as well as proven success in the following business areas:
Channel sales and development
Marketing
Strategy development and execution
Complex program management and evolution
The key initiatives and challenges facing this role over the next six months to three years are:
Lead PLT-segment alignment and investment by the subsidiary.
Manage the PLT score card, KPIs and ROB for partner to success.
Design and execute three year channel development strategy.
Lead the design and governance of channel incentives across the partner business.
Lead channel transformation and retooling to support cloud services.
Land MPN- online services, strategic communications and partner marketing.
Align partner portfolio and recruitment to support the growing needs of the partner led sales motions.
Be the partner lead for all product launches.
