Primary responsibilities
Attending to all enquiries, marketing and promoting properties for sale;Collecting information about the properties and Comparing with similar properties to determine fair market price.Monitoring sales as they proceed and liaising with all interested parties including mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors and other estate agents;Liaising with service providers on delivery of quality services, provision of information and general supervision e.g. surveyors, security, contractors, accountants and legal services providers.Maintaining sales records and reports as may be required by managementRequirements The ideal candidate should possess at least a diploma or Certificate in business or marketing field with at least 1 year experience in the Real Estate Industry.Should be able to work independently, understanding what needs to be done and having the drive to do it without being supervisedSalary: Retainer + CommissionIf you feel you fit the above role, please send your CV only quoting the job title on the email subject to jobs@alternatedoors.co.ke
