Insurance Property Officer Vacancy Kenya

Blue Shield Insurance Company with a large branch network countrywide has the following vacancy at its Head Office, Upper Hill – Nairobi.

Property Officer

The successful candidate will oversee the day to day management of Blue Shield Towers and coordinate payments of branch rents and utilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Rent and Service Charge collection
* Implementation of and signing of Leases
* Handling of any tenant issues
* Maintenance Contracts (lifts, generator, cleaning services and grounds)
* Fire Safety and Security
* Overseeing of ongoing works and/or repairs in the building
* Receiving invoices/bills and prepare a payment schedule
* Receive and approve any plans/drawings for structural changes such as partitions

Qualifications:

* Must be a holder of BA in land Economics or related field with a minimum of three (3) years.
