We are looking for dedicated, hardworking individuals who are eager to learn about the ins and outs of the wedding/event industry and the process of creating an online magazine publication.
This is a commission only position with lots of opportunity to gain a wealth of experience and connection.
The individuals will get to meet other talented wedding professionals and you will be working with some of the most passionate, energetic, creative and innovative people in the industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
proactively build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customersProspecting for new accountsClose sales over the phone or in personPrepare advertising agreements and follow up with paymentsCustomer support – follow up and maintain accountsMust have excellent communication and organizational skillsMust have top notch customer service skills and a desire to exceed expectationsMust have ability to meet and exceed one’s own goalsMust have positive attitude and be open to constructive criticismRegular communication is A MUSTPrior sales/account management experience is not a requirement but helpfulMust be a fast learner and work well in a fast-paced environmentMust be professional in all communications with potential and current clientsHours: Flexible - approx. 10-15 hours a week.
Must work in Nairobi, Kisumu or Mombasa.
There will be face-to-face and online sales meetings held once a week
Pay: 10% commission on every sale made. More details will be discussed further at interview.
