The company is looking for highly motivated, proactive and service-oriented individual to fill the following position:

Outgrowers Services Superintendent

Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will provide technical leadership and direction in the area of sugarcane production.

She/he will manage the resources of Agriculture department effectively and lead technology evaluation and dissemination in collaboration with other stakeholders within our growing zone.

Qualifications and work experience

Be the age of between 30 and 40.BSc in Agriculture or Agronomy or Agriculture Economics or Agribusiness Management.Minimum of 5 years relevant working experienceBe computer literate.Have excellent interpersonal skills, well-developed communication and analytical skills.Demonstrate good leadership qualities, ability to solve problems and maintain confidentiality.Clean motor vehicle Driving License will be an added advantage.If you possess the required qualification and experience for the above position, please submit your application including detailed curriculum vitae to:
