Our client is looking to recruit a seasoned Sales Manager reporting to the Head of Retail Affluent.
Purpose of the Position
To coach, manage and achieve results through the allocated Personal Financial Advisors, in order to achieve Agency and individual PFA’s targets in line with Regional targets and the organizations objectives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Recruitment and selection
Collect and collate feedback from the market Communicate policy decisions to the Agency teamLiaising with the RSM and the marketing department to implement the appropriate marketing strategiesEstablishing and maintaining a sound client base and leadsSafeguarding and enhancing the company’s brandManage and reduce business risksReceive and manage feedback from the market Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
Degree or diploma in a business related fieldCertificate of proficiency (added advantage)Good IT skills At least 2 years progressive experience in sales managementGood interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to excel in a fast paced, multi faceted team environmentStrong presentation skills Ability to work under minimum supervisionHow to apply:
