Minimum Qualifications

K.C.S.E. C (minus)A diploma in sales and marketing or an equivalentExcellent knowledge of automobile industryExcellent product knowledge i.e. cars3 years experience in the sale of carsA valid Driving Licence with a clean driving record is desiredAbility to recognise the customer's needs and to be able to negotiate competitivelyYou have to be a people person.
