DOT Kenya has been delivering entrepreneurship and economic development programming through its youth-led model throughout the country since 2005.
DOT Kenya is part of the Canadian-led global network of DOT organizations (www.dotrust.org) that are leading economic and education change in countries throughout Africa, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas.
DOT Kenya is an innovator in enabling people to access and apply information and communications technologies (ICT) to create education, economic and entrepreneurial
opportunities.
DOT’s vision is to make these opportunities available to marginalized people, especially women and youth, as a strategy to eradicate poverty, vulnerability and gender inequality.
DOT’s signature entrepreneurship program, ReachUp!, integrates ICT, life skills, and micro-enterprise development and is delivered in a cost-effective manner, using university graduates to train and build capacity of youth in their communities.
Also delivered using graduates, DOT's second economic program StartUp! helps budding entrepreneurs in their communities to use technology to grow micro- to small-sized enterprises.
DOT transforms and supports young women and men, as they become leaders of economic and education change in their societies.

To contribute to its continued growth, DOT Kenya is seeking to employ a Country Program Manager to help lead its team of professionals.
The Position
Reporting to the Kenya Country Director, the Country Program Manager will be part of the local executive team responsible for leading the delivery and growth of DOT in Kenya.
The Country Program Manager will be responsible for program operations, financial management, human resources, monitoring, evaluation and results.
The position is located in Nairobi, Kenya.
