Duties and Responsibilities
Handling telephone calls and enquires effectivelyDrafting, typing, proof reading contract documentsSetting up calendar of appointments and following through to confirmation of attendeesPreparing performance progress reportsMaintaining effective filing system for storage and retrieval of informationEnsuring cleanliness and orderliness of officeOrganizing travelling logistics for office staffFollowing up correspondence and reportsPreparing minutes and disseminatingEnsuring security of office records, equipment and documents including classified materialsManaging visitors visiting the officeMaintaining confidentialityDegree from a recognized institutionShould be Ms Office compliantTwo (2) years working experience in a similar positionMust be self-driven, confident and highly organisedMust have the capacity to maintain high integrityShould have excellent interpersonal and communication skillsMust have the ability to prioritize duties and work under minimal supervision.If you would like to join this dynamic environment, please send your application letter and CV include contact details of three work-related referees, to the Manager Chary Investments Ltd by e-mail to chary.investments@gmail.com
