Lead Developer

o   TFS

o   Participate in the technical design

o   Develop the System Prototype

o   Manage Design/development user interfaces using project development methodology

o   Develop documentation for Business object and/or DBA developers to finalize prototype into a working system.

o   Develop User Interface and Reports

o   Comply with  the build as specified in the technical design

o   Comply with the detailed specification at all phases

?         Technical testing

o   Comply with technical testing procedures as per the VC way.

o   Comply with Unit testing on all projects

o   Comply with Integration testing

?         Team Leadership

o   Review and oversee team performance against set deliverables and timelines

o   Report on team assignments and activities

o   Communicate and escalate to Management pertinent team issues

?         Escalation

o   Escalate to production lead all issues that have impact on project deliverables.

?         Provides input at

o   Technical Design Stage

?         Resource Development

o        Keep abreast with the latest technologies both in hardware and software

o        Continuous self development ? Gain new skills relevant to job requirements.

o        Planning & putting in place resources to achieve set objectives.
