Finance and Administration Assistant
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Provides financial, administrative and logistical support to the Kenya and Somalia teams;
Verification of documents before payments, recording cheques, liaising with suppliers on vendor details, invoicing and payments, and preparing financial returns for audits;
Logistical support including arranging meetings, visa, travel and accommodation bookings;
Financial and project filling;
Security reporting and monitoring of staff and visitors’ movements.
Qualifications
Candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Accounting
Minimum 3 years related experience in administrative/finance/logistical work in an INGO.
