An award winning lodge is seeking to recruit competitive candidates for the above mentioned post.
The successful candidate will be based in Nairobi and reports to the General Manager.

Qualifications
A diploma in Business studies, tourism or related .A university degree is an added advantage.Minimum high school grade C with a C in English.Ability to work long hours & under pressureSelf –starter and very passionate individual.Excellent communication & bargaining skillsDaily office duties; clerical & such as cleaning the office.Telephone and VHF radio operationsCompany aircraft operations; loading and offloading, basic fuelling, weights and balanceFlight planning; The Department will produce the flight plan in liaison with the pilot and make sure is delivered in time to the competent authority, likewise with passenger’s manifests & passenger tickets for Customs.Meet and Greet in Wilsonmanaging of the orders received from the camps; food and suppliesLiaise with Reservationist to substitute during off, therefore be familiar with the reservation system.Making arrangements for clients’ travel programs.Handle Camp airplane and lodge bookingsProcure clients by marketing the campGiving answers to enquiries by clients and advising them accordingly regarding bookings and reservations.Assisting customers who encounter problems in obtaining booking or operating self-service equipmentLiaising with PilotsBook keepingAny other duties that may be allocated by the office manager.Salary: KES 25,000.Contact: send updated resume and cover letter attaching relevant certificates to service_recruitment@yahoo.com.
