Statutory Analyst - SSA Job

Essential Responsibilities: Collaboration with the project manager on the project management, execution of project planning, project updates and progress tracking to ensure deliverables are delivered on time and on budget. Create country specific project plans in MS Project based on local holidays, team schedules, and jurisdictional regulatory filing dates. Maintenance and updates of the project plans. Provide solid organizational skills to effectively prioritize activities within multiple projects to ensure all activities are delivered on time. Prepare and maintain the agendas for the operational pulsing meetings. Manage the content on the project library and management of the issue tracker to ensure proper visibility. In collaboration with the project manager, coordinate and implement the operating rhythm for all pulsing calls. Utilize strong written and oral communication skills to effectively convey complex topics in a clear and concise manner. This will include but not be limited to summarizing operational pulsing meetings, preparation of content for the regional leadership meeting, and materials for monthly newsletter. Partner with other core project team members to track the progress of delivery of the baseline pack elements, STIR progress, issue tracker status, and GRT open issues. In collaboration with the project team coordinate a post mortem review session after the first wave of country filings. Assist in driving the follow-up on any action items from the session.
