Overseeing the daily activities of the institution.Performing administrative dutiesHelp in the development of an academic curriculumManage all extracurricular activitiesHelp in the planning of eventsHelp in the recruitment of teachers and other staff.

A minimum of a diploma in Business management/ Administration, a degree holder would be an added advantage.A holder of CPA Part II or Part IIIExperience in college administration, handling students affairs i.e. health, counseling services, housing etc.Age of 35 yrs and above

Excellent communication skills.A confident and determined approach.The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.The capacity to flourish in a college environment.Ability to give good reports

Attend to inquiriesAdmission of studentsCollection & receipting of feesUpdating of students register, fee register & any other record filingAny other duty as delegated by administrator

Diploma in secretarial duties or Certificate/Diploma in computer applicationsComputer literateExperience in education institution will be an added advantage

TeachingStudents Continous assessmentMarking CATS and Mock examsMentoring students

CPA Part III or CPA Part II for Accounts tutorsDiploma in Secretarial or Secretarial Stage I, II & III for secretarialComputer literateExperience in teaching will be an added advantage
