Copy Editor Job in Kenya (KShs 50K - 80K)

Our Client, which is  a media and marketing organization focusing on the youth. Amongst its key products being  a teen publication which is a  Kenya’s leading teen publication and has been in print for the last 11 years is looking to grow its magazine consistently and  would like to get a Copy Editor 
Requirements

Excellent written English, including good spelling and grammar

A meticulous approach to your work and an eye for detail

An ability to maintain high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines

A love of and feel for language, and especially youth culture

Ability to produce fresh, funky & fantastic ideas is absolutely mandatory

A degree in Journalism, Communication or equivalent

At least 4 years experience as a copy editing in a magazine/newspaper environment

Able to work in a team as well as independently

Completely computer literate and tech savvy

A genuine interest in youth – proven participation with youth will be an added advantage

Must have a portfolio of work
