Job Description:
ICF International seeks local candidates for a Field Office Operations Manager to manage our office operations in the East Africa region. Position located in Nairobi, Kenya. The successful candidate will support areas associated with Operations, Human Resources, Information Technology and Facilities.
Hiring for this position is contingent upon funding from USAID.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree.
* 5 years of relevant experience.
* Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
* USAID experience or experience working with international donor programs
Professional Skills:
* Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
* Superior interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to be flexible to handle multiple priorities and to work limited overtime as necessary.
