An opportunity has risen for a Corporate Sales Executive who can fit into our company structure both as an Aggressive Sales executive and one with Excellent Customer Relationship skills.
The incumbent will be charged with the following,
Will Market all the HR Services that International Development Partners(IDP Ea.) has to offerWill meet required targets on a monthly basisWill tender reports on a weekly/Monthly basisWill provide excellent customer service to IDP Ea. ClientsWill provide on-going Account Management e.g. ensure clients are billed in good timeWill ensure that debts are collectedWill attend Human Resource professional forums, networking sessions and activationsWill duly advise on market trends in the Human resource worldWill be in charge of Social Media networks and updating vacancies on the company’s websiteMust have 3 to 5 years solid experience in Sales preferably selling Human Resource solutions to Corporate clients. Proof of successful sales(Portfolio) in this field will be sought at the interviews.Sales experience must be well rounded. Face to face ,E marketing and Tele marketing experience is highly preferred.Must have a sense of strong business acumenMust have excellent Communication skillsMust be an excellent negotiatorMust be Aggressive, ambitious and a team playerMust be very IT savvy especially with Social Media ManagementAbility to multi-task and prioritize responsibilitiesThe candidate should have a Sales and Marketing degree or Diploma.A valid driving license is preferableInterested candidates should email their applications and CV’s whilst indicating your current and expected salary to recruit@idp-ea.com not later than 7th of September 2012 COB.
