Our Client - An internationally recognized Oilfield Service Company with operations in North America, Africa and Australasia. My client is recruiting for a DRT Operations Supervisor to work in Kenya in a live in capacity.
Job Description –
Provide regional support for the Drilling Rental tools with an emphasis on product line profitability, customer support, training, business unit specific processes and systems and developing business plans for growth. Identify and communicate need and ideas for new products or existing product enhancements aimed at delivering added value to our customers or providing a competitive advantage in the marketplace. Develop and coordinate market launch strategy for new product developments. Analyze competitor’s product developments and identify competitive advantages required to maintain evolving product offering.
Candidate Requirements –
5 10 years experience within the Oil and Gas sector and specifically the Drilling Rental Tools product line.Good technical knowledge of drilling Tools applications and components. Good computer skills.Good business skills and related P&L methodology.Experience within the Oilfield Service Industry.
