JOB DESCRIPTION:
? Daily delivery of drugs to clients.
? Sorting out the items as per the clients.
? Assisting in the route plans.
? Serving the clients and representing the company’s image always.
? Handling of customer complaints and recording them as they happen.
? Coming up with the best ways of reaching out to the clients within the shortest time possible.
? Collecting of cash from the clients and delivering them immediately to the accounts team.
? Maintaining proper records of the money collected.
? Assisting the dispatch team in arranging the goods.
PERSON SPECIFICATION.
? level with C- and above.
? BCE & FG driving licence.
? Good personal grooming.
? Ability to handle difficult clients.
? Good communication skills.
? Good knowledge of Mombasa town and its environs.
? Certificate of good conduct taken last 3 months.
? Honesty in handling money.
? Mombasa resident preferable.
? Below 25 years of Age.
