Our client a juice producing firm is looking for a production supervisor.

Position: Production Supervisor( Gross Salary; 45k)
Department: Production
Reporting To: Production Manager
Supervises: Production Technicians and Production Staff

Responsible for the production operations in the factory including production plan implementation, resource utilization and management of performance and outputSupervision of the production process and Quality Assurance SystemsRequisition of production materialsPreparation and assignment of duties to staff in the production floorEnsure that good manufacturing and hygiene practices are followed at all timesParticipate in product development activitiesEnsure that the Health and Safety of the workforce is enforced at all timesPreparation of the daily production reportsCarrying out online analysis of water and juice hourlyOn line quality control checksEnsuring production floor and machines are cleanProducts that have been packaged are neatly arranged and adequateCommunication with relevant person from the storeFiling material transfer notesTo carry out any other duties that may be assigned to him by the Management from time to time.A detailed description of the minimum and desirable level of education, professional qualifications, experience and personal attributes.University degree: B. Sc in Food Science and TechnologyComputer literate-working knowledge of MS-Office3 years progressive working experience in FMCG firm experience with Juice producing firm an added advantage.Performance standards for this job.
