Reports To: Customer Service Manager
Purpose: To receive customer vehicles into the workshop in a timely manner and ensure customer satisfaction with the service delivery process.
Attend to customer promptly and courteouslyPrepare service orders as per customer requestAdvise customers on the progress of repairs on their vehiclesInform customers on the repair chargesAdd on sales to service departmentEnsure vehicles are delivered to customers on time and in good conditionQuality control at the point of delivery to ensure customer satisfactionReceive vehicles bookingsRespond to customer calls and queriesAny other duties as assigned by immediate supervisorDiploma in Motor vehicle Mechanics or related fieldProfessional Qualifications: n/a
Experience: 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar role
