Pre / Post-Sales support - Should assist the practice head in providing sales and pre/post-sales support to help identify, qualify and close solution opportunities as depicted in the Business Plan for the fiscal year Should participate in client analysis and planning, authoring marketing material and forming general account sales approach and strategy Must review solution specific sales strategies to ensure proper execution Support sales in client meetings providing technical expertise and promoting business development Should prepare business development opportunity assessments Develop and present solution presentations for client engagements and submit estimates, proposals, statements of work and engagement letters for client opportunities Must be able to keep solutions pipeline up to date with all opportunities being worked in the MS Dynamics practice space; Pass non-ERP related opportunities to other practice leaders Handle Project Billing and Delivery - Strong subject matter expertise in MS Dynamics solutions Maintain and contribute to minimum targeted revenue on a yearly basis Ability to perform on-site client assessments to develop technology strategies and roadmaps Maintain a personal client billing utilization as depicted in the business plan for the fiscal year Position yourself as a delivery expert in the client eyes (not just as Sales agents) Identify, develop and launch teams to deliver MS Dynamics ERP based solutions for our clients Expose technical complexities and risks with our proposed solutions to the leadership and suggest appropriate mitigation strategies Identify and work to actively resolve project based issues Continuously improve our methodologies, solutions, the client engagement process, etc. Should work closely with delivery to ensure that resources are properly distributed on projects and are capable of providing quality solutions to our clients Solution Development - Lead the development and promotion of solution offerings in the MS Dynamics ERP space. In cooperation with other regional Sales Directors and Country Directors, Develop and refine solutions for the practice through: Development of new solution offerings for business developmentDevelopment of solution presentations and marketing collateralPromotion of Techno Brain’s propositions and maturing account strategyRefinement and/or creation of Solutions development standards and processes of methodologies in the Microsoft Dynamics spaceReview MS Dynamics proposals, statements of work, engagement letters and client scope changesReview all client pricing/fee arrangementsParticipate as needed in Sales and operational meetingsIdentify and manage relationships with potential ERP partnersDevelop and publish or present presentations, white papers and other intellectual property that will assist in marketing.Maintain an understanding of where the trends in the MS Dynamics space are headingServe as a role model to reinforce the use of tools, methodologies and processes      6+ years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics solutions with at least 2 of these years in an ERP practice for a IT Solutions firm Bachelor’s degree in MIS, BCA/MCA, Engineering or equivalent field Master’s degree is Computer Applications or MBA is preferred Microsoft Dynamics AX certifications sales support and delivery experience Proven experience growing and scaling an ERP consulting practice Ability to travel freely to other countries Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Must possess excellent time management, communication, decision-making, human relations, presentation and organizational skills Strong oral and written communication skills, leadership skills combined with analytical capabilities and an open mind Superior professional presence and business acumen.6+ Year experience of  ERP consulting practiceIf you meet the above requirements please email your CV to cmunene@technobrainltd.com by 31st May 2014 indicating your current and expected remuneration. Applications without salary details shall not be considered.
