Responsibilities and Duties
Joining as a Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for growing our customer base in Kenya.
Account management for new and existing customersMake contact with various schools, universities and institutions and showcase our products onsite and in our showroom.Making sales follow-ups, quotations, invoicingFollowing up deliveries to check if everything is working wellDelivering content for our websites and brochures in order to advertise our productsMaking e-mailings to send to customersCold calling for setting up new business and to expand our customer baseBeing able to meet or exceed sales and performance targetsTraining new sales staffMaintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Education: BA/BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting Management, and sales. Min. of 2 years sales experience in ICT sales or ICT consultancy Proficient in ICT, technical experience is recommendedExcellent in Swahili and English language, both oral and writtenSelf-confident and a good communicatorBoth able to work in a team and have strong leadership talentsSalary: Ksh 45,000 - 65,000 gross salary + travel and other benefitsDepends on education, experience and age
