To work as part of Concern Marsabit Concern team in assisting the daily running of the Marsabit office

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Support in scanning, photocopying, binding and filing of logistics & finance materialsWorking with finance and logistics to ensure that documents from Moyale that require approval/authorisation are printed, approved and sent back to Moyale in good timeMaintain complete and relevant documentation entrusted in soft and hard copy including proper filing, storage and archivingProvide administrative support for workshops and trainings including ensuring that training venues and other requirements are available and delivered to the training venues in good time and are collected after the training where necessary.Manage staff leave recordsPrepare Marsabit’s weekly staff movement reportManage collection and delivery of documents and cheques including effectively and efficiently dispatching inter office mail between Concern offices and maintaining proper documentationAssist Logistics in the collection of supplies from vendors for delivery to the officeEnsure that all necessary office and team house consumables are well stocked and properly stored and usage tracked for accountability. In collaboration with Logistics, issue store items and maintain proper documentation.Manage visitors to the office in a professional mannerCoordinating the repair and maintenance of Concern assets and premises and providing regular reports on all repair and maintenance servicesLiaise with the Domestic Workers to ensure that the office, the team house, the store and their surroundings are tidy and clean in a way that provides a healthy and safe working environment for allTimely payment of utility billsProgramme Participant Protection PolicyTo adhere to the standards of conduct outlined in the Programme Participant Protection Policy and Concern Code of Conduct.How to apply:

Hard copy applications addressed to the Human Resource Manager, Concern Worldwide, can be dropped at the Concern Worldwide, Plot 58 Harry Thuku Road, Next to WFP and Opposite Charity Sisters Children Home in Marsabit Town.

The closing date for applications is Monday, 26th January 2015.

Each application should include at least three referees who can validate technical expertise.

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interview.
