We are looking to recruit an exceptional Automotive Business Development Manager to complement our existing Motor Trade team.


The opportunity now exists for an enthusiastic, proactive, and professional individual who has a strong working knowledge of equipments & motor trade Business.
Highly organized, you will be able to demonstrate the very highest levels of customer satisfaction and interaction. Both exciting and challenging, this position is for an exceptional, highly motivated Automotive Business Manager.An ability to communicate at all levels and to build outstanding relationships with our customers, and other team members is essential.Main Dealer Motor Trade experience as a Business Manager is an added advantage. To carry out research, sales analysis, market segmentation and management of  assigned area to identify all new business opportunitiesProspect customers; understand business requirements and present solutions.Hold sales presentations and provide customers with information and advice on commercial, equipment, and projects.Conclude sales contracts; negotiate the appropriate finance products and packages to support sales.Manage orders and supervise order processing.Carry out follow-up contacts to customer and prospects.Maintain and control the dealership database.Attend sales events ride and drive events.A proven track record of exceeding objectivesB2B Sales experienceSales training, ideally in the light commercial vehicle industry, with account management and excellent analysis experience.Must be articulate, able to logically and clearly, show they hold customers in high esteem, are reliable, honest and trustworthy.Must understand a basic sales process from prospecting through to closing business.Qualified candidates to apply through cvs@careerdirections.co.ke
