Our client a leading hardware, machinery, tools and equipment shop is seeking to recruit a Hardware Store Sales Executive.
The incumbent will be tasked with the following responsibilities;
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maximize sales volume and increase market penetration by developing new customer accounts within the assigned territory
- Formulate clear sales plan on a monthly basis within the assigned territory
- Implement specific promotional programs as developed by the Company
- Interface with new end users on a regular basis to drive increase in sales and profitability at customer level
- Assess competitors’ activity and give feedback on market intelligence to the Regional Manager
- Responsible for the day-to-day Account Management of client accounts
- Build effective relationship – become a trusted partner with the client
- Work with the team to ensure continuous involvement in key accounts
- Ensure products and services are being delivered at the level of service required
- Manage contract renewals and price changes when appropriate
Qualifications
- Diploma in business related field
- 2-3 Years PPE Sales experience
- Experience in a busy tools & machinery outlet /hardware store
