Hashi Energy is aleading regional energy company with presence in seven countries and with a vision to be the leader in energy solutions for Africa.Our sister company, Darr Industries that specializes in motor vehicle-trucks assembly is seeking to hire for the position of Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer.
Personal Assistant Job Main Purpose
Provision of high level, confidential administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling of information.
Key responsibilities include:-
Management of the Chief Executive Officers’ diary and appointments for timeliness.
Brief the Chief Executive Officer on his daily schedule, prepare meeting agenda and provide background information for reference.
Manage Chief Executive Officers schedule and workload and ensure he is adequately prepared for meetings
Take and relay accurate and timely messages for the Chief Executive Officer.
Collect and open all mail addressed to the Chief Executive Officer for action.
Take type and distribute minutes for all meetings for reference.
Preparing presentations-preparing papers for meetings,-managing and reviewing filing and office systems for efficiency and effectiveness in communication.
Draft, type and dispatch all the Chief Executive Officers’ correspondence.
Liaise with external stakeholders for action as directed by the Chief Executive Officer,
Arrange travel logistics which may include hotel bookings, car rental, flights and provide background information to the Chief Executive Officer before departure,
Arrange and confirm appointments by maintaining schedules and calendars.
Communicate on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer as instructed.
Coordinating company administration duties and staff for streamlined administration.
Knowledge, skills & experience requirements for Personal Assistant Jobs In Kenya
Degree from a recognized university or higher diploma in communication related field.
2 years working experience in similar role.
Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
Good typing skills.
High maturity and confidentiality, professionalism, Integrity & Customer focus
