Our client is urgently seeking to recruit a Receptionist. The ideal candidate MUST be welcoming, calm & possess good interpersonal skills.
Receptionist Job Duties and Responsibilities;
Manage front office.
Offer delighting customer service to clients and staffs.
Manage and direct incoming telephone calls.
Handle customer queries verbal, telephone and by email.
Receive and acknowledge receipt of incoming letters or documents.
Manage and resolve customer complaints.
Maintaining records through filing and retrieval.
Assist in promotional strategies and product development.
Preparing invitations and registration forms for events.
Duty station: Nairobi.
Anticipated start date: Immediately.
