Job Description
Our client is urgently seeking to recruit a Sales Agent.
The ideal candidate must have been in property industry for more than 3 years.Duties and Responsibilities
Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive market price.
Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers’ needs and financial resources.
Should be a self starter with good negotiating skills, adaptable & innovative.
Must be self motivated, focused and result oriented.
Duty station: Nairobi.
Anticipated start date: Immediately.
Languages: Gujarat speaking an added advantage.
