Sales Agent Job in Nairobi Kenya

Our client is urgently seeking to recruit a Sales Agent. 

The ideal candidate must have been in property industry for more than 3 years.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.


• Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.


• Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive market price.


• Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.


• Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers’ needs and financial resources.


• Should be a self starter with good negotiating skills, adaptable & innovative.


• Must be self motivated, focused and result oriented.

Duty station: Nairobi.
 

 

Anticipated start date: Immediately.
 

Languages: Gujarat speaking an added advantage.
