Who we are looking for: We are looking for ambitious young people, who seek to grow their skills in sales & marketing to start their careers as part of the Wisen Group internship program.

Are you an individual who is a go getter, self-starter, business savvy, and looking to build your resume while working for a company that can offer plenty of experience and ability to reach a large audience?

At Wisen Group, you’ll use your creativity and initiative to support our solutions to businesses in Kenya.

You’ll also contribute to Wisen Group’s sales & marketing strategy and a variety of media marketing campaigns

Training will be provided, but individuals must be self-motivated to learn what they do not know and always be looking to improve their current skills.

Eligibility & Requirements for Sales & Marketing Internships in Kenya

Sales and Marketing Intern must:

Be a final year student or a recent graduate in Sales, Marketing or related

Have an understanding of marketing and sales principles

Strong thinker with a strong business and commercial sense.

Be a team player with pleasant outgoing personality and resilience

Possess good communication and interpersonal skills – ability to articulate company services/products to match clients portfolio

Be able to discern and understand customer’s needs through a structured process

Have ability to package proposals that meets customer and the company’s business objectives

Think strategically about the company’s business objectives and customer’s needs to deliver on promises

Be able to present information to all types of audience with excellent business Presentation skills

Possess strong execution skills, from inception to closing the deal

Be interested in continuous learning, willing to invest in their self-development

Be proactive, confident, energetic and with ability to work under pressure

Have business acumen

Business development and analysis skills
