The

Lighthouse for Christ Eye Centre seeks to recruit suitable persons to fill the

following positions:

Senior Accountant

Qualifications:

• CPA
  
  III, CPA(K) or equivalent


• Degree
  
  in a business related field (Finance / Accounting) will be an added
  
  advantage.


• At
  
  least 3 years working experience in a busy organisation.


• Sound
  
  understanding of taxation rules in the Kenyan context.


• Demonstrated
  
  capacity to analyse complex situations, solve problems and manage change.


• Demonstrated
  
  skills in application of ICT tools.


• Excellent
  
  working experience & especially accounting software e.g. QuickBooks…
  
  etc.


• Track
  
  record in achieving business targets, compliance and meeting legal and
  
  quality requirements.


• Ability
  
  to work under pressure and delivery on strict deadlines.


• A
  
  Christian and most probably born again is an added advantage.

Program

Manager / Coordinator
 

• Bachelor
  
  degree in a related field from accredited university.


• At
  
  least 2 years of experience in project design, proposal writing and donor
  
  relations.


• Experience
  
  in negotiating with Government, Bi / Multi-lateral Agencies, private
  
  donors.


• Good
  
  networking skills.


• Excellent
  
  skills in project design, budget preparation, evaluation and report
  
  writing.


• Ability
  
  to independently develop log frames, monitoring and evaluation plans and
  
  indicator tracking tables for projects and programs.


• Excellent
  
  analytical/problem-solving skills and attention to detail in the
  
  development of written documents.


• Ability
  
  to organize work of self and others effectively, carry out thorough
  
  planning, and delivery on tight deadlines.


• A
  
  Christian and most probably born again is an added advantage.
