International NGO with focus on child support is seeking to hire a PA to the Regional Director.

Reports to: Regional

Director

Location: Nairobi, Kenya

As the

PA to Regional Director, some of your main duties will be:

• Provide
  
  support to Regional Director and Regional Finance Director


• Be
  
  a point of contact for internal and external calls


• Accurately
  
  relay associated messages


• Screen
  
  calls and visitors as appropriate


• Management
  
  of correspondence and e-mails


• Co-ordination
  
  of electronic diary


• Raising
  
  timely action points, well presented data reports, and other documentation
  
  as required.



• Management
  
  of meeting documentation relative to the Regional Director and the regions
  
  Leadership Team including timely issue of agenda and associated
  
  documentation, attending meetings to produce minutes and circulate as
  
  appropriate to the meeting.


• Project
  
  support

Required

skills, experience and qualifications:

• Previous
  
  PA experience at a senior level (in NGO setting preferred)


• Excellent
  
  interpersonal, organisational, time management and communication skills


• Degree/Diploma
  
  in related field


• Strong
  
  written and verbal English skills


• Excellent
  
  MS skills including word, excel and PowerPoint


• Experience
  
  of taking minutes


• Ability
  
  to work as part of a team


• Problem
  
  solving skills


• Friendly/approachable


• Able
  
  to handle information of a confidential nature.
