Job Title: IT Sales Manager

Job roles and responsibilities
- Ensure that sales revenue targets are met as planned and in line with the software solutions per segment.
- Manage the operations of the company.
- Develop sales strategies and segment definition for teams.
- Develop, implement and promote sales and marketing activities to raise awareness of the company’s services and stimulate business demand.
- Set up process and workflows for the production teams, train and ensure that company policies are adhered to.
- Ensure that all outputs are invoiced accordingly and invoices sent out as per the company policies.
- Create new solutions pipeline for prospective customers and ensuring that appropriate services are offered.
- Proven ability to manage operations and lead teams to achieve company targets and growth. An in-depth understanding of and implementation of company processes and procedures in line with the policies.
- Excellent knowledge and use of basic accounting software in collating accounts transactions including invoicing.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other related industry certifications.
- Over 7 years of professional Sales experience in an ICT industry.
Skills and Abilities
- Must be have a network certification (CCNA preferred).
- A Microsoft certification is desirable.
- Extensive knowledge of ERP systems is highly required.
- Should be well versed with the ICT industry.
- Knowledge of Point of Sale systems is desirable.
- Proven experience in ICT project management.
- Proven business acumen and demonstrated ability to build business partnerships.
