LBF Credit Sales Officer at Izwe Africa Group

Job Function:


The incumbent of the position is responsible for supervising work of LBF-Sales Executives in the branch and field in terms of loan production, loan processing/appraisal and marketing to achieve the sales target with high quality of portfolio.


Position requirements.


1.Demonstrated leadership and coaching/mentoring experience.


2.Good LBF product knowledge.


3.Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate directly with staff and customers.


4.Good time management skills.


5.Demonstrated LBF sales track record.


6.Superior computer skills.


7.Integrity, Solution-Oriented Analysis, Sound Decision-Making, Building Relationships, Communicating Effectively, Promoting Team Work.


8.Completion of a formal credit analysis-training program.


9.Diploma/Bachelor Degree in relevant field.



Description of Core Duties.



  • Ensuring Sales Executives retention – team attrition rate should be less than 25%.

  • Ensure that there is growth in the number of Sales Executives.

  • Ensure that there is growth in the number of Sales Executives.

  • Ensure continuous and thorough training of Sales Executives through E-learning and working with the Branch Manager for them to master the product knowledge.

  • Motivating, mentoring and ensuring high energy levels of the team members.

  • Sales and recruitment target achievement.

  • Sourcing for new business as a team.

  • Timely submission of reports that is sales, marketing and training reports.

  • Assessing Sales Executives presentations either through role play or actual performance in the field.

  • Coordination of marketing activities in the team.

  • Respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
